How do I join?
Tap the Join button under your level, or message us on WhatsApp. We’ll set up your home profile and send your first invoice - your membership starts as soon as it’s paid.
Is there a minimum spend?
Yes. Each level is for clients who spend at least a set amount on Staff Link services each year (not counting the membership fee): IDR 25,000,000 for Silver, IDR 60,000,000 for Gold and IDR 120,000,000 for Platinum. If your yearly spend falls short, we’ll move you to the level that fits.
Can I change my level later?
Yes. Move up at the start of any month; moving down happens when your 12 months are up - just let your Staff Link team know.
Do unused hours carry over?
Included hours are for that month and don’t roll over, so book them in - our team will remind you.
Is there a minimum term?
Memberships run for a minimum of 12 months. Specialist services keep their own terms. T&Cs apply.
