Senior Drafter

One of our ongoing clients, an established construction and property development company in Bali, is growing its technical team and is looking for a Senior Drafter. You will work on residential and commercial building projects alongside architects, engineers and site teams, from early design through to construction.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate 2D construction drawings in AutoCAD: plans, elevations, sections and details.
• Turn architect and engineer sketches, mark-ups and site measurements into clear working drawings.
• Prepare structural, MEP coordination and shop drawings as required.
• Update drawings for revisions and keep the drawing register and file naming tidy.
• Prepare as-built drawings from site information.
• Help with quantity take-offs and material lists where needed.
• Coordinate with the engineering and site teams so drawings match what is built.
• Lead the drawing team, check junior drafters' work and keep drawing standards consistent.
• Manage drawing packages for tender, permits and construction.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Drafting or a related field.
• At least 5 years of drafting experience on building projects.
• Expert in AutoCAD; Revit/BIM and SketchUp are a strong plus.
• Strong knowledge of construction details, structural and MEP drawings.
• Able to guide and check the work of junior drafters.
• Good English communication skills.
• Aged 18 and over.

Salary: negotiable, based on qualifications and experience.
