Senior Civil Engineer (2 Positions)

One of our ongoing clients, an established construction and property development company in Bali, is growing its technical team and is looking for 2 Senior Civil Engineers. You will work on residential and commercial building projects alongside architects, engineers and site teams, from early design through to construction.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, design and check civil and structural works for building projects.
• Prepare and review structural calculations, technical drawings and specifications.
• Supervise site works and check construction against approved plans, specifications and safety standards.
• Prepare quantity take-offs, cost estimates (RAB) and bills of quantities.
• Monitor project progress, schedules and quality, and report on site conditions.
• Coordinate with architects, drafters, contractors, suppliers and consultants.
• Help with permit documentation (PBG/IMB) and technical reports.
• Lead and mentor junior engineers and drafters on site and in the office.
• Take technical responsibility for project delivery, quality and safety.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (S1) in Civil Engineering; a Master's degree or professional certification (SKK/SKA) is a plus.
• At least 5 years of experience in building construction, structural design and site supervision.
• Strong skills in AutoCAD, Excel and structural software (SAP2000/ETABS or similar).
• Experience preparing RAB/BOQ and managing project schedules.
• Able to lead site teams and coordinate with contractors and consultants.
• Good English communication skills.
• Aged 18 and over.
